Looking Behind the ADHD Label
Why you need to move all the time and how to be still

Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis or not, if you need to move all the time there is an underlying cause which could be:
Retained Primitive Reflexes - Our primitive reflexes are designed to make us move
Immature vestibular - making us feel constantly unbalanced
Proprioception - can't feel where our body is unless we move it
Retained Moro Reflex, stuck in fight or flight mode
Poor quality / quantity of sleep - living off adrenaline
Upper spine misalignment - disrupting the function of the nerve system
Low levels of magnesium
When the body does not rest the mind does not rest and over time this can impact our physical and mental health. When we help the body relax and get good quality sleep life becomes easier on every level.
When primitive reflexes are retained beyond their natural timeframe—whether due to birth conditions, trauma, or illness—they can impact sensory processing, coordination, balance, speech/articulation, emotional maturity, attention and our ability to learn. Unintegrated reflexes can place a constant stress on the nervous system.
My comprehensive assessment will find what is behind your ADHD so that we can truly make a difference.
